Wan Chin is a Singapore-based entrepreneur and businesswoman who co-founded two well-regarded artisanal dessert cafes – Creamier Handcrafted Ice Cream and Coffee in 2011 and Sunday Folks in 2014. Creamier is located in one of Singapore’s oldest towns and is a unique dessert lifestyle cafe based on the philosophy of offering affordable luxuries to the every day people through reasonably priced premium artisanal ice creams and specialty coffees; while Sunday Folks marries the concept of craftsmanship and dessert making to offer a range of high quality handcrafted desserts such as freshly churned ice creams with handmade sweets, toppings, cakes and waffles. Together with co-partners Audrey Wang and Victor Lim, Wan Chin strives to build a sustainable, community serving and proudly Singaporean dessert business based on originality, innovation and quality.
Prior to her work in the F&B industry, Wan Chin serves as one of the founding partners of Trine Design Associates, a brand and design consultancy in Singapore. During her time at Trine, the company won numerous awards, including the prestigious One Show Design Award in 2010 and the Red Dot Award in 2009.
Wan Chin has an undergraduate degree in business marketing and an MBA in marketing and research from Nanyang Technological University.
